When a company allows scam ads, the company should be included in the class action lawsuit against the ad companies that are oftne hard to locate. Eventually, such scams will result in internet regulation that will hurt all sites. But greedy, illegal operators will continue until lawsuits stop companies from positioning them on their websites.
