		<description>One thing to note is that all of these companies use one form or another IP address filtering to keep any one user from making too many simulatnious requests (and thus over consuming bandwidth).  The problem is when you're using company machines with a common internet connection, and you get enough people using any one of these sites they can often block you because of the similarities between different users IP addresses, and the site's filtering assumes that it is a single user monkeying arround with their IP.

May not be a problem for smaller companies like Zayo, but at my work it's a very common problem.
