		<description>Outstanding post Sandi.   Love the messaging.   Takes a lot of leadership courage and confidence to pull off (no pun intended) the band-aid approach.   Too many leaders sacrificing the good for the perfect and miss the chance to make real change that makes a difference (can you say Level 3).   Employees notice when leaders hesitate...even if only for a moment.   Employee confidence can also be lost in leaders who hesitate and play around waiting for the perfect answer to fall in their laps.
